This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website or ask us for a free teardown. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

Neoscale is a marketing and development agency founded in 2022, with teams in Tunis, Tunisia and in Canada. We are the controller of the information described on this page. You can reach us at neoscale80@gmail.com about anything here.

What we collect

There is one form on this site: the free teardown request. It asks for two things and offers a third.

Email address
Required. It is where the teardown is sent.
Website or Instagram
Required. It is the material the teardown is written from, so without it there is nothing to review.
Monthly ad spend
Optional. A range, never an exact figure. It only decides how we prioritise the queue.

When you submit that form, our server also records the following:

  • Your IP address, used to rate limit the form and to reduce automated abuse.
  • Your browser user agent string.
  • The time of submission.
  • The page you submitted from, and the referring page if your browser sent one.
  • Any utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term values present in the address when you first arrived, so we can tell which campaign brought you.

We do not ask for and do not want payment details, government identifiers, health information, or anything else in that category. Please do not send them through this form.

What we do not collect

This site runs no advertising pixel, no analytics script and no third-party tracker. There is no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics, and no session recording. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit, and we do not sell or rent your information to anybody.

Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so simply reading the page does not announce your visit to a third party.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use what you submit to produce your teardown, to send it to you, and to follow up about working together. We use the technical details to keep the form usable and to understand which campaigns are worth running. Where the law requires a basis for this, ours is your request for the teardown and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the form.

Submitting the form is a request for a document, not a subscription. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

Who else processes it

We keep the list of companies that touch your information as short as we can. Today it is three.

NeoFlow
Our own product, and where leads are stored and the teardown is produced. It is built and run by us, not licensed from anyone.
Vercel
Hosts this website and runs the server code that receives the form. It processes the request in transit.
Calendly
Only on the booking page, and only if you use it. If you never open that page, Calendly receives nothing about you.

Our teams sit in Tunisia and Canada, and these providers operate internationally, so your information may be handled outside the country you are in. We share it with these companies to run the service and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep a teardown request while there is a live conversation and for as long as it is reasonable to expect you might come back to us. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it, and we do not keep a shadow copy in order to remember that you asked.

IP addresses collected for rate limiting are held only briefly, in memory, and are not used to build any lasting record of you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. We honour these requests wherever we can, regardless of whether a particular law compels us to.

Email neoscale80@gmail.com and say what you want done. We aim to reply within five business days. We will not charge you, and we will not ask you to justify the request.

Client names on this site

Every client, brand and project named on this site is a business we have actually worked with, either as a past engagement or as one that is still running. None of it is invented, licensed stock, or a logo we simply admire. If you are one of those clients and you would rather not be listed, tell us and we will take you off.

The full terms covering this, including how to have a name taken down, are set out in our terms of use.

Security

The form is submitted over an encrypted connection and is passed to our system by our own server, so the credentials that reach NeoFlow are never exposed to your browser. No transmission is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not take shortcuts here.

Children

This site sells business services and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we change this page in the same breath and move the date at the top. If a change is significant and we hold your address, we will tell you rather than rely on you noticing.
