It means a dedicated engineering team writes and reviews the code, and owns the infrastructure it runs on. Custom LLM integrations and agents where they earn their place, built on real backends with secure databases and tested backups — not a generated template stitched onto a no-code stack.

Yes. We run two offices — Tunis and Canada — and have delivered across 7 countries since the Neoscale rebrand in September 2025. The founders lead engineering jointly, so time-zone coverage is a feature rather than a handoff.

Are the numbers on this page verified?

They are client-reported, or read from the client's own platform analytics. We will screen-share the accounts on a call so you see the dashboards rather than our summary of them. The one thing on this page that is not real is the Neoscale Command demo, which is labelled illustrative because every figure in it is invented.

Amin Regaieg leads content and production, Mohamed Maazoun leads engineering, and both founders review the code. Nizar Aquil runs delivery day to day. The bench expands per engagement, and you are told who is on your account before the work starts.

How big is the team, and how many clients have you worked with?

Over 70 clients to date, across crypto, medical, nutrition, beauty, e-commerce, clothing, personal brands and SaaS. The core is two founders plus an operations manager, with in-house production teams in Tunis and Canada and an engineering bench that expands per engagement. We have also contributed to the Binance event build in 2024 and produced video work for Ford.

Can you take over an existing platform or campaign account?

Usually. We start with an audit of what exists — code, infrastructure, ad accounts, data — and tell you plainly what is worth keeping. Rebuilding something that already works is not a service.

What size of engagement are you built for?

Accepted Answer

We work across mid and high budgets, and pricing is scoped per engagement rather than packaged. The useful question is which move you are making: four figures to five, five to six, or six to seven. That decides the team, the systems and the spend. If your budget and the outcome you want are not in the same place, we will say so on the first call rather than three weeks into a proposal.
